Abstract

Patient satisfaction is one of the important indicators that must be
considered in health services. Realizing patient satisfaction with health services
certainly refers to the services they receive, one of the hopes of patients will feel
satisfied. Health services that care and focus on the needs, expectations, and values
of customers as providers of health services are requirements that must be met in
order to provide patient satisfaction as recipients of health services and the
community really wants responsible health services. The purpose of this study was
to determine the level of patient satisfaction with health center health services in
the Leuwimunding Health Center Work Area, Majalengka Regency.
This research method uses descriptive correlation with a cross-sectional
approach. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The subjects of the
study with a population of 100 respondents who came for treatment at the
Leuwimunding Health Center, Majalengka Regency with a purposive sampling
technique. Data analysis using the Spearmen Rank correlation test The results of
the study showed that some (38.4%) respondents had a level of satisfaction with the
dissatisfied category and respondents who had health services (55.6%) with a poor
category. From the Spearman Rank test, a significant, moderate and positive
relationship was obtained between the level of patient satisfaction and health
services at the health center p value = 0.001 < a (0.05). It is better for health centers
to always improve the quality of service so that satisfaction and loyalty are created
from patients.
