Abstract

The timeless of returning medical record documents is in accordance with the Standard Procedure Oprational (SPO) Sumber Kasih Hospital of Medical record files is required to be returned to the Medical Rcord Installation no later than 1x24 hours after the patient returns. The purpose of this study is to expalin the delay in returning inpatient medical recored documents at Sumber Kasih Hospital City in 2023.
The type of research used is descriptive. This research instrument usesa checlist sheet. The population in this study werw all inpatient medical record files released in Januari-March 2023 with a total of 98 inpatient medical record documents using the Simple Random Sampling technique.This research was conducted record unit of Sumber Kasih Hospital Cirebon City.
The resukts of the study at Sumber Kasih Hospital In Cirebon City showed that of the 98 medical record documents studies, 68 (68,37%) returned medical record document incorrectly and 31 (31,63%) returned medical record document correctly.
Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the delay in rerning in patient medicalrecord files from January-March 2023 was 63(63,37%)and the correct return of medical record files was 31 (31,68%).
