Abstract

Patient registration is the beginning of a series of health services carried out by
officers when patients visit health centers, hospitals or health care facilities. The purpose
of the registration system for outpatients at Permata Hospital, Cirebon City.
This type of research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach
with a case study design. The population and sample in this study are data on outpatients
who register via online at the Permata City Hospital in Cirebon. The instrument used is
obsrvasion officers. The time and place of this research was conducted on 15 May – 20
June 2023 at the Permata City Hospital in Cirebon.
The results of research at Permata City Cirebon Hospital showed that general
patients and BPJS who registered online in December 2022 were 356 patients, while in
January 2023 there were 399 patients, then in February 2023 there were 471 patients.
Whereas for online cancellations in December 2022 there were 52 patients, in January
2023 there were 33, then in February 2023 there were 36 patients.
The suggestion for this research is that it is hoped that it will be taken into
consideration for conducting outreach to patients who do not yet have a broad
understanding of the online registration system.
