(KTI) IMPLEMENTATION OF OFFICIAL READINESS IN DEALING WITH ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORDS USING DOQ-IT AT KESAMBI PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER IN CIREBON CITY

Currently, many health services have switched to Electronic Medical Records
(RME) to simplify the service process. RME has started to be implemented in some
health services. Towards the end of 2023 the central government requires health facilities
to be expected to implement RME. The purpose of this study was to determine the
implementation of officer readiness in facing electronic medical records at the Kesambi
Health Center, Cirebon City.
This study uses a descriptive method with a sample of 21 respondents and research
instruments using the DOQ-IT method, data collection using a questionnaire or
questionnaire sheet.
information was obtained that in the aspect of human resources with an average
score of (4.00), organizational work culture with an average score of (4.09), leadership
governance with an average score of (3.80), and IT infrastructure with an average score
of value (4.28). Overall, the average value of the four indicators was (4.00). This showed
that Kesambi Public Health Center is very ready to implement RME.
The implementation of RME needs to be strengthened through policies from the
leadership to prepare for the use of RME and the leadership immediately creates SOPs to
invite employees to implement RME in public community health centers.
