Abstract

APM is an independent registration machine in which there is a touchscreen
display, barcode scanner, printer or any additional tools needed. There are several
problems related to the use of APM at Bayu Asih Hospital, Purwakarta Regency, including
if the BPJS error patient cannot register using APM services, new patients cannot register
through APM, for patients who have two referrals that appear listed in the APM system,
only the last referral and if the post-treatment patient expires, the old referral expiration
date does not appear in the system, so the patient has to queue up to verify data at the
registration counter manually. The purpose of this study was to determine patient
satisfaction with the use of the Self-Registration Pavilion with the EUCS method at the
Bayu Asih Regional General Hospital, Purwakarta Regency.
The type of research used in this research is a quantitative descriptive design with
the EUCS method. The population of this study was all outpatients who used the Auto
Registration Pavilion (APM) service in February 2023 totaling 914 patients with the
number of samples used in this study being 90 patients. The sampling technique used is
Accidental Sampling by using a questionnaire sheet instrument.
The results of the research on 90 respondents as a whole were 80.83%, which
means they were included in the Very Satisfied criteria. Therefore it can be concluded that
even though there were problems that occurred when using the Auto Registration Platform
(APM), the respondents were still very satisfied and did not consider these problems as
significant.
The Hospital is expected to be able to improve the quality of service in the aspect
of accuracy so that the system works without making mistakes in processing data and
aspects of timeliness, namely by improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure so
that the quality of the Auto Registration Platform system does not cause delays in
processing data.
