Abstract
Based on the number of outpatient visits in 2019-2023 at the Sunyaragi Cirebon
Community Health Center, the number of patient visits in 2022 was the highest increase
in visits, namely 19,963 patients. The increase in the number of visits results in longer
patient waiting times. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out
predictions of outpatient visits in 2024-2028 at the Sunyaragi Cirebon Community Health
Center.
This research includes descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The
population of this study is data on all outpatient visits in 2019-2023 at the Sunyaragi
Community Health Center and the sample is the entire data population. Data was
obtained from the Puskesmas report on the daily outpatient census recapitulation. Data
analysis was carried out by calculating the trend of outpatient visits using the half-average
method formula.
Calculating the prediction of outpatient visits in 2024-2028, it was found that the
predicted average number of outpatient visits per day in 2024-2028 decreased by 3,13%
each year, the predicted average of new outpatient visitors in 2024-2028 decreased by
39,5% each year. the year. To overcome this, it is necessary to analyze facilities and
infrastructure such as patient waiting times, apart from that there will be adjustments to
the workforce to assess the efficiency and accuracy of the outpatient service process.
