Abstract
The implementation of Public Health Center management needs to be supported
by an Information System (SIMPUS) which is able to guarantee the availability of data and
information quickly, accurately, up to date, continuously and responsibly. The implementation
of the Public Health Center Management Information System needs to measure the level of
satisfaction. The method that can be used to measure the level of satisfaction of users of an
application system is the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. The aim of this
research was to determine the level of user satisfaction in implementing the Community Health
Center Management Information System using the End User Computing Satisfaction method.
The results of this study show that the level of user satisfaction of the Puskesmas
Management Information System at the Larangan Health Center based on the content
dimension has a score of 3.01 including in the satisfied category, accuracy has a score of 2.94
including in the satisfied category, format has a score of 2.97 including in the satisfied
category, ease of use has a score of 2.94 including in the satisfied category, and timeliness
has a score of 2,94 including in the satisfied category.
Based on the 5 dimensions studied, namely the dimensions of accuracy, format,
ease of use and timeliness, it shows that the level of user satisfaction with the use of the
Puskesmas Management Information System is in the satisfied category.
However, it still needed to develop a Management Information System (SIMPUS)
according to user needs so that SIMPUS user satisfaction continued to increase in order to
maintain service quality.
