(KTI) ANALYSS OF RL4A EXTTERNAL REPORTING PROCESSING BASED ON THE HOSPITAL INFORMATION SYSTEM AT PERTAMINA CIREBBON HOSPITAL

Hospitals as health service providers are required to have an indicator of data needs in
the digital era. one of which is reporting data in hospitals or called RL, including RL4a, data
on inpatient morbidity and mortality (life and death) for the annual period. Data was collected
starting from January 1 to December 31 and was recapitulated and reported by filling in RL4a
in SIRS online. The aim of this research is to determine the processing of RL4a external
reporting based on the hospital information system at Pertamina Cirebon Hospital.
This research uses method quantitative descriptive, variable used in this research is
RL4a external reporting. The object in this research is SIRS online and the instrument used is
the checklist sheet.
Based on the results of research on the RL4a external reporting process at Petamina
Cirebon Hospital which referred to the register book, disease index, coding, and the top 10
disease reports, the RL4a external reporting processing process obtained a percentage of 90%
which was appropriate and 10% was not appropriate because there was no validity related to
the coding that corresponded to the disease experienced by the patient in the data entry process
to SIRS and it had to be done one by one, so it took more time, this affected the efficiency and
effectiveness of performance.
