Abstract
User satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or displeasure that exists after comparing their
perceptions of their work. Electronic Medical Records are patient records and documents that
are made electronically. At UPT Community health center Jalan Kembang, Cirebon City, there
are still health workers who are not satisfied with the implementation of Electronic Medical
Records. The purpose of this study was to determine the satisfaction of health workers in the
implementation of Electronic Medical Records at the UPT Community health center Jalan
Kembang, Cirebon City.
This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population is all health
workers who use Electronic Medical Records totaling 20 respondents. The sample uses
purposive sampling where the entire population is sampled with certain considerations. The
instrument in this study uses a questionnaire sheet and data is collected as primary data.
The results of the study conducted by researchers at the UPT Community health center
Jalan Kembang, Cirebon City, show that the majority of respondents feel satisfied as users of
Electronic Medical Records. Data obtained from 20 respondents, 18 respondents (90%) feel
satisfied and only a few are dissatisfied, there are 2 respondents (10%) feel dissatisfied.
As a reference for other researchers to find out the importance of analyzing the
satisfaction of health workers in the implementation of Electronic Medical Records to improve
the quality of service.
