(KTI) ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORD INFORMATION AT KMC KUNINGAN HOSPITAL

The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a form of digital
transformation in healthcare services aimed at improving the efficiency, accuracy, and
quality of patient data management. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the
EMR information system at RSU KMC Kuningan based on Regulation of the Minister of
Health No. 24 of 2022.
This research is a descriptive study using observation techniques through a
checklist on eight aspects of EMR implementation: patient registration, data distribution,
clinical information entry, information processing, claim data input, storage, quality
assurance, and EMR content transfer.
The results indicate that five aspects are in compliance, while three aspects do not
yet meet the applicable regulations. The main obstacles identified include limitations of the
Qhopes application system, the absence of electronic signatures, and the inactive claim
submission feature.
Thus, EMR implementation at RSU KMC Kuningan still requires improvement,
particularly in the areas of data distribution, information processing, and claim input. This
research is expected to serve as a reference for hospitals to enhance the quality of EMR
implementation, as well as for academic institutions and future researchers in developing
related studies.
