Abstract
Information security in RME implementation has significant implications for patient
privacy and confidentiality, data integrity, and the availability of critical medical
information. Security threats such as unauthorized access, unauthorized alteration or
deletion of data, and cyberattacks can threaten the success of RME implementation.
This research uses descriptive methods, the variables in this study are information
security in the application of RME, the subjects in this study are medical record officers of
one person and IT officers of two people, the object in this study is the epus application,
the type of instrument in this study is an observation sheet, the data analysis used is
descriptive analysis.
The security of electronic medical records at the Sunyaragi Health Center in Cirebon
City based on Permenkes Standard no.24 of 2022 has partially met but there are still some
that have not met the criteria, in the aspect of confidentiality, the Sunyaragi Health Center
has not used the automatic log out feature.
Information security aspects of the implementation of electronic medical records at
the sunyaragi health center in Cirebon city based on confidentiality, integrity, and
availability have met the criteria but in the aspect of confidentiality there are still
shortcomings, namely the absence of an automatic log out feature. It is recommended to
add an Automatic Logout Feature After a Period of Inactivity.
