Abstract

The effectiveness of online learning is a measure of the success of the interaction process
between lecturers and students in an educational environment to achieve learning
objectives by saving time, energy and costs. The purpose of this study was to determine the
percentage of effectiveness of online learning for Medical Records students at Mahardika
Institute of Technology and Health in Cirebon.
This type of research was descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used
total sampling, the number of samples studied was the same as the population, namely
active students in semester 4 of the RMIK Study Program at Mahardika Institute of
Technology and Health as many as 44 students. This research instrument used a
questionnaire sheet.
The results of this study indicated that the effectiveness of online learning
conducted by students of the medical records study program was declared effective with a
percentage at the speed of access (the application used) that obtained a percentage of 78%,
flexibility (learning content and devices used) obtained a percentage for learning content
of 80% and for devices used by 73%, availability of time and place obtained a percentage
of 79%, efficiency (time, cost and energy) obtained a percentage of 75% and the interaction
between students and lecturers obtained a percentage of 77%. To reach the expansion of
learning and delivery of theoretical material, it is recommended to conduct hybrid learning.
