Abstract

Comprehensive midwifery Care is care that is provided comprehensively starting
fraom pregnancy, childbirth, post partum, newborn babies and family planning, which is
important for the survival of the mother and baby, including, being important in reducing
MMR and IMR. This case study aims to provide and implement midwefery care Mrs. “S”
G3P2A0 with a gestational age of 35 weeks at the Kubangdeleg community health center,
Cirebon Regency from February to May 2024. Tis type of report uses a descriptive
method with a case study approach.
The care method used are interviews, observation and documentation in te from of SOAP.
The care provided is in the from of 3 prenatal visits, 1 delivery, 4 postpartum, and times
newborn visits. During this pregnancy, the mother complained of pain in the waist which
could be overcome by providing an understanding of the discomfort of the third trimester
of labor process to MRS. “S” progressed normally at the age of 37 weeks and 3 days.
The conclusion was that no complications were found and normal care was provided. The
delivery went smoothly. Baby Mrs. “S” was born on March 6 2024 at 20.00 WIB, female,
healthy and normal. During the postpartum period, the mother complained of itching on
parts of the body wivh could be overcome by paying attention to personal hygiene by
changing clothes.During the care of the newborn, no complications were found. After the
postpartum period is over, the mother says she wants to use injectable birth control for 3
months. The is a gap in the 3-months injectable birth control LILA sections. Suggestions
for health works, they can implement comprehensive care in accordance with midwifery
service standards and follow devloments ins science.
