Abstract

Comprehensive midwifery care is care that is provided comprehensively starting
from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborns, to family planning. Problems that often
occur in pregnant, maternity, and postpartum women are bleeding and preeclampsia while
cases of infant death are caused by BBLR and asphyxia. The purpose of this Final Project
Report is to be able to provide comprehensive obstetric care during pregnancy, childbirth,
postpartum, newborn to family planning. The benefits of this Final Project Report are to
increase additional knowledge and skills, especially in the application of midwifery care
management.
This type of report uses a descriptive method with a case study approach. The case
study used by the author in making this Final Project Report using SOAP.
Mrs. N is 38 years old G5P3A1 with a gestational age of 35 weeks and 3 days.
During pregnancy the mother did not experience any health problems that interfered with
her pregnancy. Mrs. "N" delivery process took place normally at 36 weeks and 6 days
gestation and no complications were found. Baby Mrs. "N" was born spontaneously
immediately crying with a BB of 3400 grams and a PB of 50 cm and there were no signs
of an emergency. During the postpartum period, the mother experienced a disturbance in
the resting pattern. After the postpartum period has expired, the mother uses birth control
MAL (Lactation Amenorea Method) temporarily. In pregnancy, there is a gap in the
mother's age, which is more than >35 years. Meanwhile, in childbirth, postpartum,
newborns, and family planning, there is no gap between theory and practice.
The suggestion in this Final Project Report is to be able to implement
comprehensive care according to Midwifery service standards and follow the development
of science.
