Abstract

To overcome reducing MMR and IMR, namely by providing comprehensive
obstetric care in a sustainable manner, starting at the time of pregnancy, childbirth,
newborns, postpartum and family planning for Mrs. F at BPM Bd. H Cirebon Regency in
2024.
The type of report used is a descriptive method through an approach with Mrs. F.
The parenting methods used are interviews, observations, physical examinations and
documentation in the form of SOAP to collect data, and documentation is carried out in
the March-May 2024 period.
The care provided is in the form of 2 pregnancy visits, 1 childbirth, 4 postpartum visits and
4 newborns. At the first visit, the mother complained of swollen legs which could be
overcome by providing health education. Mrs. "F's" delivery process took place normally
at 39 weeks of gestation, no complications were found so that the labor process went
smoothly. Baby Mrs. "F" was born spontaneously on March 22, 2024 at 01:35 WIB male
gender, crying strongly, with a BB of 2800 grams and PB 49 cm. during the postpartum
period, she complained of slight pain in the suture wound but no complications were found,
in the care of newborns no complications were found, after the postpartum period the
mother had not used birth control and it was recommended to use birth control
the conclusion is that obstetri care for pregnancy, child brith, newborn, post
partum, was not found to have complications and complications, so there is no gap between
theory and practice, in family planning the mother has not decided to use it because she is
far away from her husband and will use birth control after her husband comes home,
suggestion for this report are able to increase knowlwdge, skills, and understanting of
practical experience in accordance with the standards of midwifery services that have been
set.
