Abstract

Comprehensive care is care provided by midwives from the start of pregnancy,
childbirth, newborns, postpartum, neonates, until deciding to use birth control.
This case study aims to provide comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs. "D" during
pregnancy, delivery, postpartum, newborns, neonates, and family planning using obstetric
management approach in Mrs. “D” with Chronic Energy Deficiency.
This type of report uses a case study based on the method descriptive
observational, namely conducting direct interviews, observations or observations direct,
and care management. The data collection technique used is data Primary includes
observations, interviews, and secondary data in the form of documentation SOAP
midwifery care format.
The results of comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. “D” during pregnancy care
zzwhich was given 2 visits in the third trimester with Chronic Energy Deficiency, during
the birth of Mrs. "D" with Chronic Energy Deficiency, namely LILA <23.5 at 38 weeks of
gestation with no normal complications, the baby Mrs. "D" was born on March 7 2024 at
02.20 WIB, gender women, and there are no complications. There is no postpartum period
going on normally complications, Mrs. "D" became an acceptor of 3-month contraceptive
injections.
Conclusion after the author implemented comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs.
"D" obtained the results that during pregnancy Mrs. "D" experienced Chronic Energy
Deficiency, namely LILA <23.5cm. During pregnancy there is a gap between theory and
practice, namely when laboratory examination. During childbirth, postpartum, newborns
and family planning takes place normal and there is no gap between theory and practice.
