(KTI) COMPREHENSIVE MIDWIFERY CARE FOR Mrs. “N” AT GUNUNGSARI COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER CIREBON CITY IN 2023

A pregnant woman is a woman who is pregnant from the time of
fertilization until the birth of the fetus.Pregnancy is a transition period, namely
the period between life before having a child who is currently in the womb and life
after the child is born.
This type of research is qualitative research, so the data collection
techniques used are document analysis, observation and interviews. So that she
was able to carry out comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. During pregnancy,
childbirth, postpartum, newborns and family planning and documented in SOAP
form.The research subject taken was Mrs. N is 37 years old.
The results of research conducted on Mrs. During pregnancy, frequent
urination and low back pain were found. In the third trimester, these complaints
were still categorized as physiological.Pregnancy lasted 40 weeks, there were no
complications. During delivery there were no complications and the baby was
born spontaneously at the back of the head with a body weight of 3,800 grams,
male.During the postpartum period, he visited 4 times and there were no
complications. Midwifery care for Mrs. N was carried out normally by
administering eye ointment and Vitamin K 1 hour after the baby was born, and
HB0 immunization 1 hour after Vitamin K. Mrs.xi
Mrs. N chose to use sterile birth control or MOW considering that her age and
number of children were more than sufficient.
