Abstract
The provision of outpatient medical record documents at Sumber Waras Hospital
is in accordance with the minimum service standards of the hospital, namely the time of
providing outpatient service medical record documents ≤ 10 minutes The purpose of this
study was conducted to determine the timeliness of the provision of outpatient medical
record documents at Sumber Waras Hospital.
This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The population
taken in this study were all outpatient medical record documents at Sumber Waras
Hospital, Cirebon Regency in April 2023 as many as 5,589 medical records and calculated
using the slovin formula so that the number of samples in this researcher was 97.28 or
rounded up to 97 outpatient medical record documents. The instruments used in this
research are Checklist sheets and observation methods with stopwatch tools in the gadget
application. The sampling technique used accidental sampling technique.
The results of the study of observations using the Checklist sheet showed the
timeliness of the provision of medical record documents totaling 83 with a percentage of
85.6% and the inaccuracy of the timing of the provision of medical record documents
totaling 14 with a percentage of 14.4%.
It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as input and additional
information for medical record document provision officers to make document provision
faster and more precise.
