Abstract

Based on the research results, the medical record document storage
system that is stored is still not in accordance with the SOP from the Ministry of
Health. The goal is to find out the medical record document storage system for
inpatient Kuningan Medical Center Hospital.
This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population is in
the form of objects, namely inpatient medical record documents in 2022, totaling
8110 documents. The research sample is 100 inpatient medical record documents.
With random sampling technique. The research instrument is using an observation
sheet.
The results of the study concluded that the procedure for returning
medical records from the initial room to the medical bill department was also the
work unit for medical records to be slow 1x24 hours after the initial discharge was
in accordance with the SOP, namely (100%), corrections were made and
assembled by medical clerks after the assessment was carried out talkin the
medical records received in the emergency room were in accordance with the
SOP, namely (54%). Coding with medical records was carried out by coding staff
according to the ICD-10 revision 1 book according to the SOP (92%). Based on
medical records that have been completed, coding according to ICD-10 revision 1
was submitted to the failure of indexing to be carried out in accordance with SOP,
namely (0%). Sorting of medical records per group is carried out according to
direct steps (Stralight Numerical Filing) and then the incoming medical records
are stored according to the direct steps according to SOP (0%)
Suggestions for Mahardika ITEKes to be included as well as references
to Malhalsiwal Health ITEKes, especially in the medical record study program
and health informality so as to add knowledge related to the inpatient medical
record document storage system.
