(KTI) DISTRIBUTION OF MEDICAL RECORD OFFICIALS AT COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS WORKING AREA OF HEALTH OFFICE OF KUNINGAN REGENCY

The importance of medical recorder education and health information for
someone who has graduated from Medical Record and Health Information education
related to the implementation of medical records and health information must be carried
out by medical recorders in carrying out their work. According to the Regulation of the
Minister for Empowerment of State Apparatuses and Bureaucratic Reform of the
Republic of Indonesia No. 30 of 2013 the reform of the functional positions of medical
recorders in the puskesmas environment amounted to 5 (five) skilled people and 2 (two)
experts. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the distribution of medical
record officers in the puskesmas working area of the Kuningan district health office.
The type of research used is a quantitative descriptive method to obtain the
distribution of medical record officers at the puskesmas in the working area of the
Kuningan district health office. The subjects in this study were medical record officers at
the Kuningan District Public Health Center. The object of this study is data on the
distribution of medical record officers at the puskesmas in the working area of the
Kuningan district health office. The research instrument used was the observation sheet.
The results of the study were obtained from 37 puskesmas in Kuningan district
with an educational background in Medical Recording and Health Information (PMIK)
there were 11 puskesmas and those without medical record officers with a background in
Medical Recording and Health Information Education (PMIK) there were 26 puskesmas.
The Kuningan District Health Center asked for job vacancies for medical
recorders and health information to be submitted to the health office.
