Abstract

Treatment Identity Card is a patient’s identity card in a health service
agency that functions to search for patient’s medical record documents. The aim is
ti find out about the effectiveness review of the use of medical identity card (KIB)
at the Kedawung Health Center.
The type of research used is descriptive method with a quantitative
approach. The population used in this study wa 41639 identity card data for
treatment at the Kedawung Health Center. The sample used simple random
sampling of 99 identity card data for treatment at the Kedawung Health Center.
The instrument used in this study was an observation sheet (check list sheet).
The results of this study indicate that of the 99 identity card data for
treatment at the Kedawung Health Center studied, there were 44% identity card
data for complete treatment and as many as 55% identity card data for incomplete
treatment.
