(KTI) REVIEW OF DAILY CENSUS IMPLEMENTATION HOSPITALIZATION IN BAYU ASIH HOSPITAL PURWAKARTA DISTRICT

Recording is the beginning of making a report, in this case starting from the
patient's reception. This recording is called a daily census. The daily census is divided into
two, namely the daily census outpatient and inpatient daily census. The purpose of this
study was to determine the Implementation of the Daily Inpatient Census at Bayu Asih
Hospital, Purwakarta Regency.
This type of research is a quantitative research with a descriptive nature. The
variable of this research is the daily inpatient census. The research instrument in this study
was the observation checklist sheet. The object of this research is all the data from the daily
census report for inpatients in February 2023.
The results of his research are that the implementation of the daily census of
inpatient care at the Bayu Asih Hospital in Purwakarta Regency is already by using the
MIRSA application. All daily census recap data has been automatically recorded by the
MIRSA application.
The conclusion that can be drawn is that the implementation of the daily inpatient
census using MIRSA makes it very easy to recap inpatient activities so there is no need for
officers. It is hoped that this research can be used as evaluation material in the process of
carrying out the daily inpatient census at Bayu Asih Hospital, Purwakarta Regency, and if
it is good, it should be further developed so that it is even better in the process of carrying
out the daily inpatient census at Bayu Asih Hospital, Purwakarta Regency.
