(KTI) ANALYSIS OF HEALTH CENTER READINESS IN IMPLEMENTING OUTPATIENT ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORDS USING THE CAFP EHR READINESS ASSESSMENT TOOL METHOD AT UPT SUNYARAGI PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER CIREBON CITY

The Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation requires all health
facilities to implement RME through PMK No. 24 of 2022. UPT Puskesmas Sunyaragi
Cirebon City started implementing RME as of July 2023, but in the transition there has
never been a readiness assessment. A readiness assessment needs to be conducted prior
to implementing RME. The aim of this research is to analyze the readiness to implement
RME using the CAFP EHR Readiness Assessment Tool method at the UPT Puskesmas
Sunyaragi, Cirebon City
This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The instrument
used in this research was a questionnaire sheet. The subjects in this study were the Head
of UPT Sunyaragi Community Health Center, Cuebon City, Head of TU, doctors, nurses,
midwives and medical recorders.
Based on the research results, it was found that the readiness to implement RME
using the CAFP EHR Readiness Assessment Tool method at the UPT Sunyarag
Community Health Center, Cirebon City, in the aspect of management capacity, received
a score of 16.1, which was in the range/ (very ready). The financial and budget capacity
aspect got a score of 14.3 in Padaranga (very ready). The operational capacity aspect
got a score of 13.3 in Padaranga II (fairly ready). The technological capacity aspect got
a score of 30.6 in range II (fairly ready). The organ harmony aspect received a score of
33.1 in range I (very ready). Overall, the Sunyaragi City Health Center UPT, Cirebon
City, received a score of 107.4 and a maximum score of 140 and was included in the very
ready category for implementing RME based on the CLFP EHR Readiness Assessment
Tool. It is hoped that the Sunyaragi City Health Center UPT Cirebon will prepare
policies and strategic plans for effective and efficient implementation of RME as a guide
for implementing the implementation. to be more optimal.
