(KTI) ADMINISTERING ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORDS TO FULFILL ACCREDITATION STANDARDS AT THE KALITANJUNG PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER CIREBON CITY

Electronic medical records are records created using an electronic system
to manage medical records. The iam of this research is to determine the
implementation of electronic medical records in compliance with accreditation
standards at the kalitanjung Community Health Center UPT, Cirebon City.
The type of research used is quantitative descriptive. The population of this
study is data from medical records for the period October-December 2023 with a
population of 8,982 medical record file. The sampling technique used a random
sampling method with 99 patients. The sampling technique uses observation with
the research instrument used is a checklist sheet.
The results of this research are divided into 3 parts, namely the results of
medical record administration data, the results of medical record document data.
The completeness of the 3 section of data is in accordance with accreditation
standard 3.8.1 concerning management of medical record administration, in an
effort to comply with the Republic of Indonesia minister of health Regulation es
Compliance with the implementation of electronic medical records in
fulfilling accreditation standards 3.8.1, namely the data results for the period
October-December 2023, which consists of 3 parts, namely administration,
regulations and documents. Based on 3 points, it meets accreditation standards
3.8.1. the kalitanjung Community Health Center UPT has met accreditation
standards so it still maintains accreditation standards 3.8.1 to improve service
quality and there are still filled in blanks on the electronic medical record
document. For patients who do not have a history of allegies, information should
be given so that they are not filled in blanks.
