Abstract

Medical record officers must conduct a quantitative analysis in order to find
deficiencies related to the recording of medical records. The purpose of this study was to
determine the percentage number of completeness of filling in the Integrated Patient
Progress Note (CPPT) inpatient electronic medical record at Kuningan Medical Center
General Hospital.
This type of research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The object of research
is the Integrated Patient Progress Note (CPPT) of electronic medical record inpatients in
March 2024 as many as 974 Integrated Patient Progress Notes (CPPT) of electronic
medical record inpatients. Sampling was carried out by means of simple random sampling
as many as 91 Integrated Patient Progress Notes (CPPT) inpatient electronic medical
records. The data collection technique used the observation method with the research
instrument used was a checklist sheet.
The results showed that as many as 91 (100%) Integrated Patient Progress Notes
(CPPT) inpatient electronic medical records were not completely filled in. And Kuningan
Medical Center General Hospital has not met the Minimum Service Standards (MSS)
determined by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 129 of 2008,
namely in terms of the completeness of filling out medical records which must be filled in
100% within 24 hours after completion of service. So that the hospital is recommended for
regular evaluation and review to maintain compliance with the Professional Care Giver
(PPA).
