Abstract
Electronic Medical Records have an effect to the quality of the system in the hospital,
Permata Cirebon Hospital has used RME but it is still under development which must be
in accordance with the needs and expectations of users which is the main key to the success
or failure of a system. This study aimed to determine the Analysis of the Implementation of
Electronic Medical Records at Cirebon Permata Hospital in Outpatient Installation.
The type of research used was descriptive with observational data collection
techniques, this research instrument used a checklist sheet. The subjects in this study were
25 medical record officers.
Based on the results of the study obtained that of the 10 statements submitted to
respondents, RME had already 90% implemented properly and 10% had not been
implemented due to network stability.
Thus, Electronic Medical Record Execution has generally been done well. And as
much as 10% of the unimplemented is due to the stability of the network. This is because
at the end of each month there is an accumulation of data and simultaneous use of the
Internet network at the same time that is what causes the stability of the network disrupted
but this is only happening at a certain time. Hospitals should maximize the implementation
of electronic medical records as a means of improving the quality of systems and Internet
networks to ensure smooth operations and accurate decision-making.
