(KTI) ASPECTS SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF MEDICAL RECORD DOCUMENTS AT KUNINGAN MEDICAL CENTER HOSPITAL IN KUNINGAN REGENCY

Security and Confidentiality are very important factors in managing
medical record documents. The purpose of this study was to find out the security
and confidentiality aspects of medical record documents at Kuningan Medical
Center Hospital.
The type of research used was descriptive method with quantitative
analysis. The population used was medical record documents at Kuningan Medical
Center Hospital, Kuningan Regency. The sample in this study used a total sampling
of 100 medical record documents. The instrument used in this study was a checklist
sheet.
From the results of the study, 48 samples of medical record documents
were found in categories according to the DRM Security and Confidentiality SOP
standards. And as many as 52 samples in the category not in accordance with the
standard SOP, samples that were in the inappropriate category were caused by the
factor of borrowing medical record documents for research purposes.
The Management of Kuningan Medical Center Hospital in Kuningan
Regency is expected to always carry out management evaluations regarding
aspects of archival information security on a regular basis so that the quality of
archival information security aspects can be maintained properly.
