(KTI) COMPLETENESS OF FILLING OUT MEDICAL RESUMES IN BPJS INPATIENTS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MUHAMMADIYAH CIREBON HOSPITAL

A medical resume is a summary of medical services provided by medical
personnel, especially doctors, during the treatment period until the patient is discharged
either alive or dead. The completeness of filling out medical resumes at Muhammadiyah
Hospital Cirebon only reached 32% due to the busy work of the doctor in charge of the
patient and the patient asked for forced discharge causing the patient's medical resume to
not be filled completely. The purpose of this study was to determine the Completeness of
Medical Resume Filling in BPJS Inpatients at Muhammadiyah University Hospital
Cirebon.
The type of research used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The
population in this study is the BPJS inpatient medical resume form for December 2022 to
February 2023 as many as 2196 documents. The sample number is 96 medical resume
forms. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using
observation methods with the research instrument used are checklist sheets. This
research was conducted at the medical record unit of Cirebon Muhammadiyah Hospital
in June 2023.
The results of this study showed that of the 96 medical resume forms studied, as
many as 31 (32%) medical resume forms were filled out completely and as many as 65
(68%) medical resume forms were not filled out. The completeness of filling out medical
resumes at Cirebon Muhammadiyah Hospital has not been (100%), there are still
components that are not filled completely. It is expected that there needs to be an
evaluation and socialization to medical record officers, doctors and nurses.
