Abstract
Electronic Medical Records are records that contain patient health
information written by health workers in an integrated manner and can be accessed
via computer networks to improve effective and integrated health care and services.
Implementing RME security is very important because information must be
protected so that it is not misused by unauthorized people. The aim of this research
is to find out how secure electronic medical record information data is at Pertamina
Cirebon Hospital.
This type of research uses descriptive. The object of this research is the
electronic medical record application. The data collection technique uses
observation with a research instrument, namely an observation sheet.
The results of the security of electronic medical records at Pertamina
Cirebon Hospital are based on the Minister of Health Standards No. 24 of 2022.
The criteria that meet are in the data availability section, while those that do not
meet are in the confidentiality and integrity aspects. Hospitals can implement or
implement policies regarding access rights to electronic medical records to
minimize operations or transactions on the system by users who do not have access,
encrypt medical data to prevent unauthorized access and provide electronic
signatures for officers handling patients to secure or maintain the authenticity of
medical records. fill in the medical record.
