(KTI) REVIEW OF THE WORK SPACE ASPECTS OF THE MEDICAL RECORD ROOM AT THE REGIONAL GENERAL HOSPITAL M.A. SENTOT PATROL DISTRICT INDRAMAYU

The arrangement of the workspace in the medical records unit affects service activities, so that
the workspace layout in the medical records unit needs to be considered so that the services
provided by the medical records work unit run smoothly. The purpose of this study was to find
out how about the Review of Work Space Aspects of Medical Records at Sentot Patrol Regional
General Hospital, Indramayu Regency.
The type of research conducted by this research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection
instruments used in this research are meter, luxmeter and thermostat. The data collection
procedure used is an observation sheet (cheklist)
Based on the results of observations (cheklist sheet) shows that the Review of the Work Space
Aspects of the Medical Record Room at the Regional General Hospital M.A. Sentot Patrol
Indramayu Regency is still not in accordance with the applicable Permenkes / Menkes. The
implementation of the appropriate work space includes the workplace area, building structure,
work desk, work chair, corridor and temperature, lighting in the room of the Medical Records
Work Unit at the M.A. Sentot Patrol Regional General Hospital, Indramayu Regency..

The hospital should pay attention to the layout of the room in the medical records work unit,
especially for the arrangement of tables that are less neat and close together, lighting that is less
stable / dim
