(KTI) THE APPLICATION OF ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORDS IN KESUNEAN HEALTH CENTER CIREBON CITY

The e-Puskesmas application integrated in SATU SEHAT has been implemented
in the Electronic Medical Record (RME) at the Kesunean Community Health Center in
order to improve services to the community. Various conveniences have been felt by
RME users at the Kesunean Community Health Center, however, in its implementation
there are several obstacles and challenges faced, especially regarding the readiness to use
RME among its staff. The aim of this research is to determine the percentage of standard
electronic medical records that use 5 TA (Technology Acceptance Model) methods in all
aspects of life, including health services. Application of digitalization in every life clinic
including the use of RME in health services.
This type of research uses quantitative descriptive. This study used total sampling
of all community health center officers who used RME. That is as many as 30 employees.
The sample in this study was from the total population of data that used RME services.
The instrument in this research uses a questionnaire sheet.
The results of this research are that the Perception of Usefulness Component Gets
a Number with a Percentage of 80.93%. In Components, Perception of Ease of Use Gets a
Number with a Percentage of 73%. The Behavioral Interest Component Gets a Number
with a Percentage of 80.53%. The Actual System Usage Component Gets a Number with
a Percentage of 68%. In the Behavioral Component, Actual Usage Gets a Number with a
Percentage of 82%.
The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of RME at the
Kesunean Community Health Center in Cirebon City as a whole is in the Good category.
The Perception of Actual System Usage as a Whole Has the Fair Category. The
suggestion in this research is that the implementation of RME in the Kesunean
Community Health Center in Cirebon City as a whole is in the Good category. The
overall perception of actual system use has a sufficient category so that it can be
improved to be better.
