(KTI) IMPLEMENTATION OF ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORDS INTEGRATED TO SATU SEHAT PLATFORM AT SUMBER WARAS HOSPITAL

The development of health services has shifted to electronic medical records. The
Ministry of Health mandates integration between electronic medical records and Satu
Sehat Platform. The data that is integrated to Satu Sehat Platform will make health
services easier. If the data is not integrated in a healthy manner, it will receive
administrative sanctions. The aim of this research was to determine the implementation of
integrated electronic medical records to Satu Sehat platform at Sumber Waras Hospital.
This research used a descriptive method. The object of this research was Satu
Sehat Platform Integrated Electronic Medical Record System. The instrument used in this
research was a checklist sheet with the research time in May 2024 which was carried out
in the medical records unit at Sumber Waras Hospital.
The research results showed that the application of outpatient medical records
was 100%, inpatient 10,05%. Electronic medical records that were integrated to Satu
Sehat Platform were only outpatient 100%, while inpatient electronic medical records
were not yet integrated to Satu Sehat Platform. All new resources were 13,33% connected
to Satu Sehat Platform. So if the electronic medical record has not been integrated to
Satu Sehat Platform, administrative sanctions will be imposed in adjusting the
accreditation.
Considering the importance of data connections that were integrated to Satu
Sehat Platform. Sumber Waras Hospital needs to provide Standard Operating Procedure
(SOP) and issue decrees to improve officer performance.
