Abstract

The completeness of medical record document data at Pantura M.A Sentot Patrol
Hospital was found to be 100% incomplete. The purpose of this study is to review the
quantitative aspects of the completeness of identification data, important reports,
authentication and recording of medical record documents at RSUD Pantura M.A Sentot
Patrol.
This type of research is descriptive and quantitative. The sample used was 145
medical record documents. The instrument used is an observation sheet or checklist
sheet. The data types use primary and secondary data.
The results of the research on the completeness of medical record documents at
RSUD Panura M.A Sentot Patrol from a sample of 145 documents that have been
completed are 8 documents (6%) and 137 documents (94%) are incomplete.
The completeness of medical record documents at Pantura M.A Sentot Patrol
Regional General Hospital is still not 100% complete. Advice to hospital management to
hold socialization both to Care Provider Professionals (PPA) and to doctors to pay more
attention to the completeness of medical record document data so that it can improve the
quality of medical record services.
