(KTI) ANALYSIS OF ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORDS IN THE DATA ANALYZING PROCESS AT THE SUNYARAGI HEALTH CENTER IN CIREBON CITY

Electronic medical records are medical records created using an electronic
medical record storage system. Analyzing activities are processing and providing complete,
accurate and up-to-date data and information. when using RME at the Sunyaragi Health
Center, Cirebon City, data were obtained that the use of RME was quite helpful or
facilitated analyzing activities. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the
analysis of electronic medical records in the data analyzing process at the sunyaragi health
center in Cirebon city.
This type of research uses descriptive methods. The object of this research is
electronic medical records in the data analyzing process. The research subject in this study
was 1 employee in charge of analyzing data processing at Sunyaragi Health Center. The
instrument in this study used a checklist sheet.
Based on the results of research conducted at the Sunyaragi Health Center,
Cirebon City on electronic medical records in the data analyzing process has gone well
and made work easier. This research is expected to add learning references to students to
better understand and deepen the analyzing material. This research is expected as a
reference material to find out electronic medical records in the data analyzing process and
hopefully can be a reference for further researchers and become material in developing an
electronic medical record system in the data analyzing process.
