(KTI) PREDICTION OF PATIENT VISITS FOR 2025-2027 ROAD TREATMENT PERIOD AT SUMBER HURIP HOSPITAL CIREBON DISTRICT

Prediction or forecasting of patient visits is very important for hospitals, because
it can have an impact on increasing the capacity of facilities and the quality of services in
hospitals. The aim of this research is to find out the results of predicting outpatient visits
to hospitals. Source Hurip
The type of research carried out by this researcher is quantitative descriptive.
The variable in this study is the prediction of outpatient visits. The subject and object of
this research are outpatient visit reports for 2021-2023. The research instrument used is
an observation guide. In predicting outpatient visits, researchers use the linear regression
method or linear trend, which is a method consisting of one or more variables using
actual data from the month/year of the visit to determine the prediction results.
Based on the results of observations or calculations using the linear method, it
shows that the prediction of outpatient visits in the next 3 years from 2025-2027 will
increase in 2025, namely 14,291 patients, in 2026, namely 17,151 patients, while in 2027,
namely 20,011 patients. It is hoped that the management of Sumber Hurip Hospital,
Cirebon Regency can project a design for 2025-2027 to handle health services optimally
in order to avoid anything that hinders the health service process for outpatient visits.
