Abstract
The integration of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) with the National
Health Insurance (JKN) sistem is essential for achieving efficient, transparent, and
accountable healthcare services. EMRs store patients’ clinical data, while JKN
manages healthcare financing through the INA-CBGs payment scheme. Integrating
the two ensures synchronized administrative processes based on valid, documented
data. This study aims to evaluate the level of integration between the JKN
application and EMR at RSUD Pantura M.A Sentot Patrol, Indramayu.
This study aims to evaluate the level of integration of the National Health
Insurance (JKN) Application Sistem with the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) at
RSUD Pantura M.A. Sentot Patrol, Indramayu. The research uses a descriptive
quantitative method, focusing on the JKN application as its object of study. The
instrument used was an observation checklist.
The study results show that all four aspects have been optimally fulfilled,
achieving a 100% score on all indicators. This indicates that RSUD Pantura M.A.
Sentot Patrol has successfully implemented a comprehensive digital
transformation, effectively integrated the JKN application through the SIMRS
sistem, and achieved real-time integration between the JKN application and the
Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Furthermore, supporting factors such as ease
of patient data access, administrative efficiency, sistem interoperability, and
regulatory compliance have also been well maintained.
The study concludes that although the hospital's digitalization and the
implementation of the JKN application have been successfully carried out, full
integration between the JKN application and the EMR still requires improvement,
particularly in terms of infrastructure readiness and inter-sistem coordination.
