Abstract
Comprehensive midwifery care is care provided comprehensively starting from
pregnancy, birth, postpartum and newborn babies, which is important for the survival of the
mother and baby, including being important in reducing MMR and IMR. This case study
aims to provide and implement midwifery care for Mrs "T" G2P1A0 with a gestational age
of 37 weeks 2 days at the Pasaleman Community Health Center from February to May
2024
This type of report uses a descriptive method with a case study approach. The care
methods used are interviews, observations and documentation in the form of SOAP KIA
USG (telampır)
The care given to Mrs T G2P1A0 37 weeks 2 days consisted of 2 pregnancy visits,
1 birth, 4 postpartum and 4 newborn babies. During pregnancy the complaints experienced
were within normal limits and management was still within the authority of Mrs T's
midwife, the pregnancy progressed normally 38 weeks 1 day and no complications were
found. Baby Mrs. After the postpartum period ends, the mother uses MAL family planning.
Suggestions for health workers, they can implement comprehensive care according to
service standards, provide comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs T and follow
developments in science
Conclusion: After the author carried out comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. T,
there were no complications in the care of pregnancy, postpartum delivery and newborn
babies and family planning was normal and there were no gaps between theory and
practice.
