(KTI) COMPREHENSIVE MIDWIFERY CARE FOR MRS. I AT THE JAMBLANG PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER CIREBON DISTRICT IN 2024

Comprehensive obstetric care is care that is provided comprehensively starting from
pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and newborns are important for the survival of mothers
and babies, including important things in reducing AKI and AKB. This case study aims to
provide and implement midwifery care for Mrs. I" G2P1A0 with a gestational age of 37
weeks and 1 day at the Jamblang Health Center UPTD from February to April 2024. This
type of report uses a descriptive method with a case study approach. The parenting methods
used are interviews, observations and documentation in the form of SOAP. The care
provided is in the form of 2 pregnancy visits, 1 childbirth, 4 postpartum visits and 4
newborns. During pregnancy, the mother complained of pain in the lower abdomen and
waist that could be overcome by providing health education. Mrs. "I" delivery process took
place normally at 41 weeks of gestation, no complications were found. Baby Mrs." I" was
born on March 17, 2024 at 07.55 WIB, male gender, crying strongly with a weight 4000
grams and PB of 53 cm. During the mother's postpartum period, no signs of danger signs
of the postpartum period were found. In the care of newborns, no complications were
found. After the postpartum period expires, the mother uses birth control Progestin pills.
Advice for health workers is to be able to implement comprehensive care according to
midwifery service standards and follow the development of science.
