(KTI) COMPREHENSIVE MIDWIFWRY CARE FOR Mrs. S AT PEGAMBIRAN COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER CIREBON CITY 2023

A pregnant woman is a woman who is pregnant, which starts from conception to
the birth of the fetus. Pregnancy is a transition time, which is the period between
the life before having a child who is now in the womb and the life later after the
child is born.
This type of research is qualitative research, so the data collection techniques
used are document analysis, observation and interview. So that it is able to carry
out comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. S period of pregnancy, childbirth,
postpartum, Newborn, and family planning and documented in the form of SOAP.
The subject of the study taken was Mrs. S is 31 years old.
The results of the research that has been done on Mrs. S from the period of
pregnancy, found often BAT and back pain. In the third trimester this complaint is
still categorized as physiological. Pregnancy lasts for 38 weeks, no complications.
During labor there is no faciliter and the baby is born spontaneously located on
the back of the head with a body weight of 3,800 grams, the male sex. The

Midwifery care for the baby Mrs. S is done normally with the administration of
eye ointment and Vitamin K 1 hour after the baby is born, and HB0 immunization
1 hour after Vitamin K, Mrs.S chooses to use SUNTIK 3 MONTHS of birth
control. The comprehensive service provided to Mrs.S runs according to the plan
that has been made and has been evaluated following the permanent procedures
at the Pegambiran City Health Center in Cirebon.
