Abstract
Comprehensive midwifery care is care that is provided as a whole starting
from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and newborns which are important for the
survival of mothers and babies, including important things in reducing MMR and
IMR. This case study aims to provide and apply midwifery care to Mrs. "D"
G2P1A0 with a gestational age of 37 weeks 2 days at the Gunungsari Health
Center from March to April 2023.
This type of report uses a descriptive method with a case study approach.
The care methods used are interviews, observation and documentation in the form
of SOAP.
The results of this case study are the care provided in the form of 2 pregnant
visits, 1 delivery, 4 postpartum visits and 4 newborns normally. Suggestions for
health workers, can implement comprehensive care according to midwifery
service standards and keep abreast of scientific developments.
