(KTI) COMPREHENSIVE MIDWIFERY CARE FOR MRS. N AT THE PASALEMAN PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER CIREBON REGENCY FINAL REPORT

This is to overcome MMR and IMR, it is necessary to provide comprehensive
midwifery care which aims to provide continuous midwifery care for pregnant women,
giving birth, newborns, postpartum and family planning for pregnant women in the third
trimester, namely Mrs. N G1P1A0 with a gestational age of 37 weeks 3 days at the
Pasaleman Community Health Center, Cirebon Regency in the period February-May
2024.
The type of report used in this case study is based on a descriptive observational
method with data collection methods through interviews, physical examination and
documentation.
The results of the care provided during pregnancy were 2 visits, 1 delivery, 4
times for newborns, 4 times postpartum and 1 time family planning. The process that
occurred to Mrs. N went smoothly and there were no complications during the care
provided. After the postpartum period is over, the mother uses 3-month injectable birth
control for the desired contraceptive option. It is hoped that mothers will be able to be
aware of high risks and increase their knowledge.
Clients receive comprehensive care starting from pregnancy, childbirth, BBL,
postpartum and family planning so that clients know the danger signs that will occur so
that they increase their awareness and know that the first step that must be taken is to
visit a health worker.
