(KTI) COMPREHENSIVE midwifery care for NY. W AT PUSKESMAS PEGAMBIRAN DISTRICT LEMAHWUNGKUK CIREBON CITY 2023

Comprehensive midwifery care is care provided as a whole with simple
examinations and midwifery care counseling which includes continuous checks
including care for pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, postpartum and family
planning. According to the Target of the Strategic Plan of the Indonesian Ministry
of Health From 2007 to 2020 the coverage of K4 pregnant women's health
services tends to increase. However, a decrease occurred in 2020 compared to
2019, namely from 88.54% to 84.6%.
The type of report used by the author in this case study is based on a
descriptive observational method with the approach taken by the author through
comprehensive midwifery care. The case study used by the author in making this
is using comprehensive midwifery care according to SOAP. In discussing this
case study, it will explain the gap or harmony between theory and practice of
Comprehensive Midwifery Care applied to Mrs. W G2P1A0 gestational age 36
weeks 2 days starting during pregnancy, childbirth, newborn, postpartum, and
family planning services.
