The infant mortality rate in West Java was 2,764 cases, with 153 in 2017 and 162 in 2018 (Marliana Rahma, Ari Kurniasih, and Risma Indraswari, 2019). The maternal mortality rate (MMR) in Cirebon City was 3 pregnant women and 10 postpartum women in 2021. The maternal mortality rate (IMR) in Cirebon City was 19 in 2021 (Meta Data, 2021). The infant mortality rate and maternal mortality rate at the Pegambiran Community Health Center in Cirebon City were 1 maternal death within three weeks of delivery in 2021 and 3 infant deaths in 2022.
