(KTI) COMPREHENSIVE MIDWIFERY CAER FOR MRS. “R” AT THE GEGESIK PUBLIC HEALTER CENTER CIREBON CITY IN 2024

Comprehensive midwifery care is care that is provided comprehensively starting
from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and newborns are important for the
survival of mothers and babies, including important things in reducing the
Maternal Mortality Rate (AKI) and Infant Mortality Rate (AKI). The purpose of
making this report is so that the author is able to provide comprehensive obstetric
care during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn and family planning
services.
This type of report uses a case study approach method. The parenting methods
used are interviews, observations and documentation in the form of SOAP.
The care provided is in the form of 1 pregnancy visit, 1 childbirth, 4 postpartum
visits and 4 newborns. During pregnancy the mother did not feel any complaints.
