Abstract

Comprehensive midwifery care Comprehensive midwifery care is care that is
provided continuously from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and newborn babies. The
aim of this research is to be able to provide comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs. M at
the Jamblang Community Health Center, Cirebon Regency in 2024 using documentation
in the form of SOAP.
The subject of this case study is a pregnant woman aged 33 years, gestational age
38 weeks and 2 days, gravida G4P3A0. The time for collecting data on this case was from
February to April, at the Jamblang Community Health Center and at the patient's residence.
The author uses data collection techniques. The data collection techniques include
interviews, observation (inspection, palpation, auscultation, percussion), and
documentation. Data analysis according to midwifery management.
The results of the case study conducted on Mrs. M with comprehensive midwifery
care for pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, postpartum and family planning, that is, no
obstacles were found in handling this case. So that comprehensive midwifery care runs
smoothly, and the mother and baby are healthy and normal and there is no gap between
theory and practice.
Conclusions from all the data obtained by the authors during comprehensive
midwifery care for Mrs. M is 33 years old since she was 33 weeks 5 days pregnant,
pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, postpartum and family planning were normal. The
suggestion in this Final Project Report is to be able to implement comprehensive care
according to midwifery service standards and to be able to follow developments in science.
