THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE 10T AND THE SATISFACTION OF PREGNANT WOMEN IN THE WORKING AREA OF WARUROYOM PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER CIREBON REGENCY 2023

The causes of maternal death during pregnancy are reproductive problems,
obstetric complications. Antenatal Care (ANC) is a pregnancy examination to
optimize the mental and physical health of pregnant women. The level of service
satisfaction arises from pregnant women's perceptions of the services provided.
The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the
implementation of 10T and the satisfaction of pregnant women in the work area
of the Waruroyom Health Center, Cirebon Regency in 2023.
This type of research is quantitative research with an analytical observational
research design using a cross sectional approach. The data collection technique
used Accidental Sampling for 1 month starting from 12 June - 13 July 2023 with
a total of 39 respondents in the Waruroyom Community Health Center working
area. The instrument used is a statisfaction questionnaire in the 10T application
checklist sheet, data analysis used the Chi square test with a value of 0.05.
The research results showed that the application of 10T to pregnant women in this
area was included in the complete category for 16 respondents (41%) and then the
incomplete category for 23 respondents (59%). The level of satisfaction of most
pregnant women, namely 16 respondents (41%), was in the satisfied category. The
results of the chi square test show that the p value is 0.008, which is smaller than
0.05, so there is a significant relationship between the implementation of 10T and
the satisfaction of pregnant women in the work area of the Waruroyom Health
Center, Cirebon Regency in 2023. The Waruroyom Health Center is expected to be
able to implement the 10T ANC SOP well to increase the satisfaction of pregnant
women.
