Abstract
Genital hygiene is maintaining cleanliness and health in everyday life to prevent reproductive diseases, achieve physical and mental well-being, and improve a person's overall health. Leucorrhea or Flour albus is a condition when the vagina releases fluid or mucus that looks like pus. In addition, leucorrhea is the discharge of abnormal fluid with the characteristics of thick and odorous fluid from the vaginal opening. This study aims to determine the relationship between personal genital hygiene and the incidence of leucorrhea in 10th grade female adolescents at SMK Bina Cendekia Cirebon. The design of this study used correlational analytics with a cross-sectional approach which was carried out on March 18-24, 2025. The population in this study were 10th grade female adolescents at SMK Bina Cendekia Cirebon with a sample size of 317. The sampling technique used was Proportional Sampling by drawing lots. The data collection tools used were genital hygiene questionnaires and the incidence of leucorrhea. Data analysis used the chi-square test. The results of the research ethics test were declared "Ethical Worthy" by KEPK ITEKes Mahardika. The results of the research ethics test were declared "Ethical Worthy" by KEPK ITEKes Mahardika. The results of the study showed that those who implemented genital hygiene were mostly 155 respondents out of 177 respondents (87.6%) and most of the 135 respondents out of 177 respondents did not experience vaginal discharge (76.3%). In this study, the results of the P value were 0.000 (p <0.5) which means that there is a relationship between genital hygiene and the incidence of vaginal discharge
